Greek-Born agent has been in the field of real estate since 2002. Born in 1983 and bought up on the beautiful island of Corfu Greece, by English mother Mandy Newrick and Greek father George Kontalipos, owner of one of the first and largest quarries that supplied all of Corfu and part of the mainland of Greece with building and landscaping stone. Katerina began her career in property transactions as an employee at a local estate agency, leaving the agency to continue higher up as a Public Notary assistant to founding her own estate agency in the North of Corfu under the name “Kappa property team” Γ.Ε.ΜΗ. 141515033000, and as the name itself says a team of property professionals covering all aspects of property transactions from A to Z. Having her client’s best interests at heart Katerina is devoted to staying on top of all the details of a deal as to provide a smooth and stress free transaction.
